Ashley Christensen PT, DPT

Ashley Christensen, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Ashley graduated her Doctorate of Physical Therapy program from Regis University in 2009 where she was honored with the Outstanding Student Research Group Award. She graduated with honors from New Mexico State University with a degree in Biochemistry. Ashley enjoys working with all populations in orthopedic and neurological populations and has developed a reputation for geriatric therapy. She works closely on reducing impairments in balance, strength, and joint mobility through a combination of manual therapy and movement correction to return patients to their prior level of function. Ashley has taken several continuing education courses. She specializes in Graston soft tissue mobilization, manual therapy, and PRI techniques. When not at work, Ashley enjoys riding horses, camping, exercise and rocking out with her kids, Owen, Cora, and Jude!

Eric Christensen PT, DPT

Eric Christensen, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Eric graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy program from Regis University in 2009 where he published a journal article on the effect of whiplash on the cross-sectional area of the muscles surrounding the throat as well as presenting at multiple conferences. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Exercise Science and a focus in Sports Medicine. In practice, Eric enjoys working with all populations of patients in the orthopedic and neurological field. He has specialized in custom orthotic prescription and casting, vestibular reprogramming, and manual therapy. In his practice, Eric takes a developmental approach to rehabilitation utilizing the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. He uses functional movement patterning and manual therapy to return patients to prior levels of function. When not at work Eric enjoys reading, camping, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family (Owen, Cora, Jude  and Ashley)!

Jason Titchenal, Physical Therapist Assistant

Jason grew up in Orange County California and attended college at Cal State University San Marcos for 2 years before moving to Arizona in 2010 and finishing his undergraduate schooling at Arizona State University, earning a B.S. in Kinesiology. Jason graduated from GateWay in Phoenix in 2020 where he completed their physical therapist assistant program. Jason enjoys working in outpatient orthopedics as well as inpatient at SNF’s finding enjoyment working with geriatric populations and getting people back to their best. In his free time he enjoys traveling (when that was a thing) with his fiance, working out, playing hockey, hiking, mountain biking and camping.

Lindsay Sebastian, Doctor of Physical Therapy 

Lindsay earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in May of 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. While at Creighton, Lindsay worked in a wide variety of clinical settings from ICU, acute care, aquatics, sports therapy, neurologic conditions, and orthopedics. She is currently trained in dry needling, techniques with IASTM (Graston etc) , joint mobilizations and more. Lindsay is passionate about helping individuals of all ages achieve their goals and return them to activities that may have been previously limited by pain. When away from the clinic, Lindsay loves playing and watching sports, especially her Chicago Cubs. Lindsay also enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with her family and friends.

Hanna Honn, Doctor of Physical Therapy 

Hanna earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in June of 2020. She graduated from the College of Saint Benedict, located in her home state of Minnesota, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science. While studying physical therapy, Hanna enjoys supporting and volunteering for local organizations such as Arizona Disabled Sports and Special Olympics. Hanna enjoys treating the geriatric population, balance impairments and neurologic diagnoses, as well as orthopedics. She has a background in golf, playing in high school and college. Outside of the clinic, Hanna enjoys golfing, hiking, yoga, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family. Hanna is very passionate about global health, and she hopes to practice physical therapy in underserved communities.

Marissa Duarte – Front Office Coordinator

Marissa was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University in summer of 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She loves helping people and hopes to one day become an amazing Physical Therapist. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies ,going to concerts, and trying new places to eat.

Josh Padilla-Exercise Specialist

Josh grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and attended college at Northern Arizona University.  He earned a B.S. in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Chemistry. He has worked as a personal trainer and physical therapy technician for the past 6 years.  On top of this he also is pursuing a career in software engineering.  In his free time he enjoys working out, hiking, camping, backpacking and anything else that involves being outdoors.

Cris Gonzalez- Exercise Specialist

Cris grew up here in Mesa and loves physical therapy. He loves seeing the progress that people make in therapy. Ultimately his dream is to go to physical therapy school. He is the proud father of a young boy named Allister. He enjoys painting miniature figures in his free time and spending time with his family!

Martin Valenzuela- Exercise Specialist

Martin was born and raised here in Chandler. He recently graduated from ASU and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is going to be pursuing his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University in fall 2021. In his free time, he likes to hang out with his friends and family and go to the movies, bowling or out to eat. He also enjoys watching, and sometimes, playing basketball and going to the gym and staying active.
