Ashley graduated her Doctorate of Physical Therapy program from Regis University in 2009 where she was honored with the Outstanding Student Research Group Award. She graduated with honors from New Mexico State University with a degree in Biochemistry. Ashley enjoys working with all populations in orthopedic and neurological populations and has developed a reputation for geriatric therapy. She works closely on reducing impairments in balance, strength, and joint mobility through a combination of manual therapy and movement correction to return patients to their prior level of function. Ashley has taken several continuing education courses. She specializes in Graston soft tissue mobilization, manual therapy, and PRI techniques. When not at work, Ashley enjoys riding horses, camping, exercise and playing with her two dogs, Chip and Eevee, and rocking out with her kids, Owen and Cora!
Eric graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy program from Regis University in 2009 where he published a journal article on the effect of whiplash on the cross-sectional area of the muscles surrounding the throat as well as presenting at multiple conferences. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Exercise Science and a focus in Sports Medicine. In practice, Eric enjoys working with all populations of patients in the orthopedic and neurological field. He has specialized in custom orthotic prescription and casting, vestibular reprogramming, and manual therapy. In his practice, Eric takes a developmental approach to rehabilitation utilizing the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. He uses functional movement patterning and manual therapy to return patients to prior levels of function. When not at work Eric enjoys reading, camping, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family (Chip, Eevee, Owen, Cora and Ashley)!
Jennifer graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from Northern Illinois University. She graduated summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University in 2011 with a Bachelor Degree in therapeutic recreation. While getting her undergraduate degree, Jennifer also earned her Associate Degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant Program and played collegiate volleyball. She was honored by receiving the Charlotte West Scholarship Award, William H. Freeburg Scholarship, and was a Lowes Senior Class Award nominee, all of which included criteria of academic achievement, athletic excellence, character, community service and leadership. She has seven years of experience working in the field of physical therapy and enjoys working with the geriatric population with orthopedic or neurological deficits. She has taken several continuing education courses including dry needling, spinal manipulation, vestibular rehabilitation and tool assisted soft tissue mobilization. When not at work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her fiancé, her beagle, playing volleyball, hiking, camping and exercising.
Savannah Torrez – Doctor of Physical Therapy
Savannah earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from New Mexico State University. She has experience in orthopedics, post-op rehab, spine care, and fascia abrasion techniques. She is trained in dry needling, Graston technique, and much more! Savannah loves working with all types of patients, but her passion is working with recovering athletes to get them back to the sport they love. Outside of work, she loves staying active, going to sporting/music events and volunteering with animals.
Caitlin is born and raised in Arizona. She grew up in a military background – her father was enlisted in the Marine Corps for 8 years. She lived in Japan for 3 years when I was younger. She is the proud Mother of three children, Rylee, Liam, and Logan. She hates broccoli. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and children. She is a huge movie buff, music lover, anything comic books, and Star Wars!
Jason Titchenal-Exercise Specialist
Jason grew up in Orange County California and attended college at Cal State University San Marcos for 2 years before moving to Arizona in 2010 and finishing his undergraduate schooling at Arizona State University, earning a B.S. in Kinesiology. He ultimately wants to further his education and reach his career goal of becoming a Physical Therapist. He enjoys playing hockey and has done so for the past 15 years. In his free time he enjoys working out, playing sports, hiking and spending time with friends.
Cris Gonzalez- Exercise Specialist
Cris grew up here in Mesa and loves physical therapy. He loves seeing the progress that people make in therapy. Ultimately his dream is to go to physical therapy school. He is the proud father of a baby boy named Allister. He enjoys painting miniature figures in his free time and spending time with his family!
